Charlette is the President and CEO of P3Delivery. She has over 15 years of consulting and project/program management experience and has held positions at companies such as Michigan Bell/AT&T, GE Capital, Deloitte Consulting, Electronic Data Systems and Travelport.
Charlette’s leadership experience spans across a wide range of Business Process Optimization, Customer Care, Call Center, Continuous Improvement, Organizational Change, ITIL, Performance Management, Lean/Six Sigma and Technology implementation initiatives. She has led large global initiatives with cross functional teams in Brazil, Canada, England, France, India, Spain, Sweden and the United States.
