Network Of Learning
A key enabler for improving project delivery capabilities is the ability to learn from successes and shortcomings. This requires more than capturing lessons learned at the end of a deliverable, milestone or project. Continuous improvement requires capturing realistic ways to implement recommendations, creative ways to communicate changes and meaningful ways to measure outcomes.
The Network of Learning is an opportunity to share insights and experiences in a more innovative, collaborative and convenient way. The Network of Learning also provides an opportunity for peers to provide coaching and mentoring that extends beyond their internal organizations.
There are four vehicles that will be used to facilitate the Network of Learning:
